Can't believe grier hasn't already posted this, but check the front page of the sharks site. Claude has been called up from Worcester.

Also, it seems Torrey Mitchell has re-injured his leg during his reconditioning stint in his second game back.

Thanks bcyde, now fixed. I can't seem to find enough video to say it's offsides for sure, and that screen cap is a pretty good argument.

Oh also, it seems like a lot of people not voting for the sharks are taking issue with Marleau being offsides on his goal.

This was also posted on hfboards:
http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/7553/clearlyonsidesxr0.jpg . Looks like just a really good play to me.

Small correction, final score was 6-5, not 6-4. But yes it was a very nice game and I found myself yelling at the TV in excitement quite a few times. A few random thoughts in no particular order:

I'm one of the main haters of Frankenstein, but I must say he did a decent job in the absence of Blake and Lukowich. I read on hfboards that "Semenov last night played for over 18 min and had more time on the PK than any other Dman -- -over 2 1/2 mins." If that's true I think I'll cut him a little bit more slack (at least until he gets another goal knocked in off of him).

Goc had a good game, just wish he would be able to get on the score sheet more so that his contributions could be more tangible.

Really glad, Ehrhoff got a goal, hopefully he can get some of his game and confidence back from the beginning of the year.

I also read that Torrey Mitchell scored in his first AHL game (but missed in the shootout). I am really excited if we can have a fully healthy lineup.
