The only thing to point out about Green is that he, too, is his coach's 6th choice for SH time. And I think in both Streit's and Green's case it's the coach preserving their player. Streit is already 8th in TOI/game (excluding a couple players with very few games played), so making him the 3rd or 2nd choice might push his TOI to 29 or 30 minutes a game. And that's probably a rate that cannot be handled. My main point remains - Streit's achievements this year will probably go overlooked because of the team he's on. But where would the Isle be without him? But this is a Sharks page, so maybe the next award to discuss can be the Vezina. In a year where his stats are off, does the win total alone push Nabakov into the mix? I’m glad for the discussion. To be fair, Chara and Lidstrom outpace all these guys by a wide margin. So I still contend that the Norris should be his. Great interview with EJ. But seriously guys, where do you go from here?
