The Sharks are extremely active in the draft and free agency with multiple trades and signings. Are the Sharks better, and did they do the right thing?

Damn, what a great show! LOOooong overdue, so it HAD to be close to an hour.
Glad to hear you guys being optimistic re the off season moves. I think GMMG is doing great. He massively upgraded the D – it ain’t ideal, but options aren’t ideal either. I think they addressed the short term and the long term just right.
Oh, and thank you PHI for the wonderful gift of wrecking the Ducks plans – both long term and short term.

Good to hear from you guys. I have been so desperate for Sharks content I resorted to some other options. The Dudes are still the best by far.
My guess would be the Sharks add a low cost veteran PP QB then let Pohlkamp and Cagnoni battle for the #7 spot. Surprised we’re not hearing more about Pohlkamp. Yes he’s a bit small but he was a Hobey Baker finalist, led the NCAA in scoring, and was on the NCAA championship team.

Love the Marchment and Kesselring deals. Big guys that are also good at hockey. I can’t believe I am saying this, but I also did a full 180 on Reaves and wish he had been brought back (in place of moving Goodrow). Roster has such a great blend of skill and physicality.
I’m not a fan at all of the Nurse and Trouba moves. Those deals are going to be problems in 3 years, and Trouba in particular is gonna be someone that will start to get the Klingberg treatment from fans by year two.
Still, it has never been more exciting to be a Sharks fan. Your sentiment is right on, what positive vibes right now, can’t wait for the season to start. The draft was A++, Grier continues to be the best draft-day GM in the league.
