The Sharks go 8-0-2 in their last ten, and turn it around before the All-Star break. Can they keep it up in February against tougher competition?

Happy bday Mike! If the Sharks deal Marleau, I sure hope they get a solid center in return. Otherwise, the top line that has been so productive would break up by sending Hertl back to center. The odds that such a deal could happen (a team that wants Marleau + his contract, has a solid center to trade away, and happens to be a team Marleau wants to play for) is unlikely. Agree with Doug that summer is more likely.
I agree with Mike that Burns’ minutes should be reduced a bit, especially now that the 3rd pairing is playing well. DeMelo only played 8 min against the Blues and a little over 10 against the Ducks. That’s ridiculous. If you don’t trust him, go out and get another player. Is Burns going to play Pronger numbers in the playoffs?
