The Dudes recap that late preseason changes, in 4 new players probably in the lineup on opening night, none of which were expected. Then the Vegas draft happens, and finally the Dudes preview the entire league for the upcoming season.

Well yesterday’s game was the absolute worst of the Sharks. Terrible goaltending. Kane getting ejected. Weak offense. Weak defense. I love Doug’s confidence but I am not too excited about this team. However I am excited about the Dudes. These weekly podcasts are so great!!! You are following the team in much more detail. It makes the Sharks much more interesting overall. Thank you!!!
The Sharks might very well start the season 0-4. IMHO I’d add Patty or Williams to the roster. They could use either one.
Great episode! Excellent draft. Excellent preview! Tough opening night! As skeptical as I of Jones, he was not to blame on any of the 4 Vegas goals. For goodness sake there was a 2 on none shorty goal. The team D was awful. I won’t judge Karlsson for not playing until we learn what the personal matter is. But the optics are bad after all the sacrifices the team has made for him plus the new A on his chest. I stand by my comments that the Sharks will miss Pavs more than anyone thinks. He was the heart and soul of the team, plus the leading goal sorer. The team looked like they did back in the TMac days. But it’s only 1 game! DW use some cap space to give us some help, get Karlsson out there, and PDB coach up the nw guys! Go Sharks!
Any concern the Burns’ production will rapidly decline now that his #1 puck tipper Pavelski is gone?
