Sound seems out of sync after a while, so I listened to the last part on the regular podcast, since it just got me confused.

Regarding the Alex Stalock situation, I think that he needs to play more than half the game in atleast 10 of the last 16 games. (If I havnt calculated it wrong)
I dont think that that it would be a bad thing if he played most of the games though. He have obviously been playing great and got much better stats so far than Niemi.

So, I glanced at the remaining schedule… and we only really play one team I’m worried about. We play the Kings once, the rest are either terrible (Panthers, Oilers, Flames, etc.), bad bubble teams (Washington and Phoenix) and some paper tigers who I think are riding a lot of luck to get where they are (Anaheim and Colorado)

The Sharks have a real shot at taking the pacific and getting home ice in the first 2 rounds, assuming we survive the first and all that fun stuff.

I’m actually feeling pretty good about the team at the moment now that they’re basically healthy..

Why not the President’s Trophy? St. Louis plays Chicago twice, Philly twice, Pitt once, and Dallas twice (a very underrated club). San Jose is only 2 points back though with St. Louis having two games in hand. Chicago is 5 back of SJ with just as tough of a schedule as St. Louis. I’m not saying its likely, but I’d put the odds at, what, 35%? 40%? Shoot, I think it would be a disappointment if the Sharks didn’t take the Pacific with their schedule.
