Let’s be clear – Haley was the top offensive dynamo for the Shorks in last night’s win. He still has the best goals/TOI on the team…

  2. James says:

Haley just got another point in the Preds game I’m watching. Still, I don’t quite get sitting Nieto. Not that Nieto has done anything particularly great, but overall he’s such a strong PK guy and brings some speed. Isn’t that what this team is trying to add? In other news, the Weber-Suban deal so far is as one-sided as everyone predicted … but for the Habs. I did not see that coming at all. Obviously it’s veeeery early, but what a start for Weber. He looks like he did in his prime. But playing all those minutes, at his age, will be he be fresh in April?

    • James says:

Through 8 games, Weber is +12 with 9 points. Ridonculous. Can’t possibly hold up, can it? Of course, it also helps your stat line when your goalie is Carey Price nursing a .947 save %. Yowsa! And how about Torey Mitchell leading the team in goals!
